Been to the Manchester store a few times, served by Stephen and someone else (can’t remember his name). Both were really kind and attentive, knowledgeable and gave me plenty of advice. Really welcoming atmosphere in this shop and good prices too.

Great running shop. Well stocked and has super helpful staff. Free gait analysis that’s very detailed. Tom was really knowledgeable and gave me the best gait analysis I’ve had and was much better than Runners Need. Tom waited patently whilst I tried on (and retried) 7 pairs of shoes. Went home a very happy customer and look forward to wearing the right size shoes that are a massive upgrade from my Nikes

Absolutely fantastic.Asked for help and the gent went above and beyond with helping me out with my weird feet (flat footed). Brought out plenty of shoes for me to try and asked to see me run on the treadmill to find the best running shoe for me. Incredibly friendly and clearly only have your best interest in mind.

This is the best place I’ve been to for checking my gate they did the service for me entirely free of charge so that i could find the right shoes for me, i got to test lots of shoes on here and see how it affected my run. They have a treadmill set up with camera views for your run/ feet. Its a fantastic place to come for running shoes!!! Love the experience and staff are fantastic very happy with my brooks! ❤️

Came to the shop a few months ago with the intention of buying shoes as I was starting my running journey. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They tested my gait analysis and based on the results recommended me a variety of shoes for me to try. I ended up with the Brooks Glycerin 20 which to this day are still serving me great.If I was to think of one improvement is that the shop doesn’t stock Nike - but unsure whether that’s down to Nike and ultimately it’s not something that affected my overall experience.

Fantastic experience today! I’ve been running for a long time and only in various Nike shoes.. Decided to go in today to get some advice and the staff were great! They took a video of me running to check how I run then advised on loads of shoes based on the training I wanted them for! They also were doing 20% off so got the ones I wanted for even cheaper than I can find anywhere online this evening! Excellent me I’ll be back :)
