Worse nails shop ever, people were so rude, job rushed not professional at all! When you ask them to do it properly they have attitude.Your paying for a service but its really bad! I've never left no nail shop like this in my 30 years.

Dreadful service, both very rude. Acrylic Nails were awful, pedicure was even worse!! Was told wait would be 5 minutes, waited 15 minutes for person to arrive to do them. Left hard skin on feet, was a boj job, paint was horrendous too missing/gaps in places which were noticeable. Returned the next day, explained wasnt happy, they looked confused and sat slumped in the chair with attitude. Finally got up, and questioned why didnt go back straight away (was on the school run). Said would like it redone or money back, refused both, offered a paint but wasn't going to do anything else. Asked if it was first time going there in which case they wouldn't do it again as it was the first time going for pedi. After arguing and them discussing between them, they rudely offered £10 back.Avoid!!

I religiously used Lotus Nails for years pre-covid and was always very happy with the service/price and quality of nails. However, I had a break from nail extensions post covid and therefore didn’t return until October 2022. The first set that I had done I was left with acrylic and/or gel all over my cuticles and ended up having to file down myself at home. I appreciate that everyone has off days so wanted to give them a chance so I returned a few times after this and had the same problems. Therefore I decided to try a new salon, when they filed off the gel they made me aware of a nail infection under the acrylic which they said was due to cheap/dirty products. I am so very disappointed, I will not be returning to Lotus Nails.

Disgusting place. So rude, especially the man. He even was so horrible to my 2 year old baby. I had been coming for many years, I will never be returning to this shop again. Avoid and don't waste your money.

nails look terrible couldn’t follow inspiration picture one bit, both of them very rude and rough, got acrylic and paint all over hands, don’t recommend it’s a waste of money

My nails were ruined after rollers were used and cuticles torn, I was sent out with wet nails which smeared. Disappointed as only wanted a manicure.

Don’t waste your time and money here. There was nail polish under the nails and on the skin. When queried the explanation provided was it will come off after washing my hands several times. Well it did along with what was on the nail itself - essentially it peeled off in less than a week which is the shortest I have experienced for gel nails

Got a full set of acrylics done on the 4th November, which cost me £30, by the 8th 2 nails had broken and 9 days later I'm left with 6 and having to spend more money getting them redone. Very unhappy and won't be returning! What a waste of money and time.

Lovely family run business. They always do my nails really nice.
