I walked to the delivery office on Monday to pick up a package. The postman had finished very late on Saturday and hadn't returned the package to the office. The person behind the desk called the postman and arranged for the package to be delivered the next day (which it was).I think it's important to leave positive reviews for good customer service, so thank you!

The staff at Bow Delivery Office were so lovely today! Efficient and very accommodating! I went at 12:30pm on a Friday and didn't have any issues with opening times, as mentioned in other reviews.

If you’re parcel has had the misfortune of coming to Bow Sorting Office, then say goodbye to it. Third time in a week I have tried to come here but, as ever, it’s closed. This was taken on a Wednesday at 1.20pm when the office was allegedly open. None of the opening times, either pasted on the door or on the internet, reflect if or when the office is actually open.

Very quick and efficient service. Came here to pick up a missed parcel and it just took 1 minute. Make sure you bring your ID if you are to collect a parcel.

They now close at 2pm, which they've helpfully put on the door of their entrance, but not updated their website, which helps people reach their 10k steps by wasting their time walking there only to find its closed.

Useless service! And people complaining about EVRi! They never attempt to deliver nothing saying always that’s no one is when always has someone at home! And they have the audacity of striking about the work conditions when they as employees deliver a poor service! They deserve what they are having!

I have two redirections set up. The bow sorting office cannot be bothered to read the initial and surname so they breach data protection by sending random peoples post to my address where I have had to post it into a letter box. These envelopes say insurance tax on the front. This is deeply concerning.

I’m am beyond frustrated at this postal service. I see the bloody Royal Mail van and didn’t bother to even to come out of his van to deliver the package. Paid for special delivery 24 hours delivery and this is the service I get? What a shamble of a company. I’m done with this.
