Fantastic service - I received texts & calls to say who would be coming to rescue me & when they would arrive. Lovely friendly man arrived in good time & told me what was needed. He had to come back next morning & fit a new battery, which was done as early as possible so I wasn't too late for work. Excellent service, I highly recommend them.

What a great service! Had a very helpful guy (Kris) come out to rescue me today. He called me to let me know his ETA but then was in fact earlier. He was really helpful and efficient (although he couldn't fix my car) so he took it to my garage, but not before dropping me back at work. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

After my call to Green Flag, I received a call from Martin at Kavanagh to confirm he was on his way. He arrived within half an hour. He quickly assessed my problem and reassured me of what actions he would take. He efficiently, had the car attached to his rescue van and we were on our way. On our journey he was informative, extremely pleasant, and a very good conversationalist. A credit to your company. A good efficient reliable service.

Technician was very professional, friendly and polite. I was called and messaged several times to keep me updated on arrival time which was within the hour . although a permanent repair couldn’t be made Road side my car was thoroughly checked and a temporary repair made . I was assured that my car was safe to drive and that it wouldn’t cause any damage if I drove home and then to the garage. The technician also said he would recover my car if I would prefer that but I was happy to continue by myself. Great service as usual.

Received a great service. Good communications before hand regarding arrival - ran like clockwork. Towing of car to my local garage was effortless and the rescue technician was lovely - on a rainy day, I was impressed! Would highly recommend.

My BMW was recovered 300 miles away from home by Cavanagh and taken to the Croydon workshop. I was a bit cautious at first after reading some of the negative reviews. The recovery guy was very polite, friendly and professional, and when we arrived at the workshop we were welcomed into a comfortable waiting area with a good selection of hot drinks and plenty of room to relax for a bit while the repairs were done. We were kept updated at all times and were relieved to be back onto the road after completion of the repairs. The cost of the repairs was good too! Altogether, it was a really positive experience. Thank you.

Excellent service, came within hour and a half. I was at home with puncture. I was sent a text message of time recovery would be with me. The driver called me and said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. He was extremely polite and helpful. He took my daughter and myself to a local garage so the car could be fixed. Excellent service all round.
