I went for my first ultrasound today at around 9 weeks after having an early miscarriage previously. Claire and Jessica were so kind and friendly, explained everything to me and my parents were also allowed to come in and see. Would highly recommend! The quality of the images and videos are amazing too! Thank you xx

Visited for follicular tracking and they were so lovely and polite. Suffering with unexplained infertility so little unsettling being surrounded by babies but at the end of the day I understand pregnancy is their bread and butter and it's just unfortunate for me. All 4 scans were great, they explained a lot and were very good. What makes them a 3 star rather than a 5 star is the aftercare. I asked for an email with my scans and results multiple times and still haven't received them - I got an email with 1 sentence for my results and for the price I paid I'm disappointed. I wanted to share my scans with my specialist and was not able to do so.Up until the aftercare I would have given them 5 stars but I'm totally let down by the fact I still don't have my scans 2 months later.

We had the most memorable experience with Miracle in progress from the moment we arrived. The clinic is very modern and relaxing. We were called in for our scan, the room was very spacious, they have the most amazing sofas that i just wanted to take home!! Our little girl was a little shy to start with with but the Midwife called Jo was very patient and eventually got us some of the most beautiful images of our little one :-) We 100% recommend this place to anyone who is expecting a Baby. Thank you so much Miracle in progress. x

Me and my partner we went here for a scan a few days ago to find out the baby's gender, I am in 16 weeks and 5 days today.The lady at the entrance was lovely. We got invited in later though, not that it was a problem for us but the scan felt quite rushed? I've been told I'm having a girl like in a minute. Somehow the fact that she could tell us that fast brings a reassurance that she was able to see that clearly enough. I wouldn't want to imagine the scan wasn't accurate because of rushing it. Because of the excitement I didn't really asked too many questions...The pictures weren't great, same photo printed 3 times.I got better pictures from the hospital at our 12 weeks scan when baby was smaller...Luckily I asked for the pictures and videos to be sent to my phone, at which I am looking everyday ♡. So make sure you add that as an extra for the scan, the prices are quite decent.I would probably come here again in case we want another scan later on, but I would probably ask more questions so I could feel more confident.

Amazing experience. Went in today for a gender scan and baby wasn't playing ball at all. The lady who scaned me was so lovely. Really took her time and didn't rush us one bit. Ended up finding out we are having a girl. Thank-you so much. Definitely recommend x

Had a scan a few weeks ago at the Kettering clinic and I couldn’t rate the place more highly, Ellie on reception was great and Claire who scanned me was brilliant I was really anxious due to previous issues and she made me feel at ease and talked me through everything. Would highly recommend :)

Was able to book online for only a couple of days later. Friendly reception/manager and brilliant sonographer Claire. She put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly.

Poor and unreliable service.The first scan I booked there had to be re-arranged on the morning of the scan.We gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked a gender scan weeks later. At the scan we bought a gender reveal cannon which on the day of the reveal and in front of close family and friends didn't even work.Finally, we stupidly booked a 4d scan, which on the morning had to be cancelled due to 'unforseen circumstances'.Not impressed whatsoever.

We visited the Shepshed branch of ultrasound- direct, and our experience was perfect from the moment we walked through the door.We had booked a gender scan and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist when we arrived, who explained what would happen during the scan. We were then taken through to the scan room promptly and introduced to the sonographer. The sonographer was incredibly lovely and very thorough - she very quickly told us that we were having a little girl, whilst allowing us to have a really good luck at her from lots of different angles. The appointment did not feel rushed at all, contrary to other ultrasound scan companies I have visited. We received 6 printed images of our baby, a report of her current growth, and a link to 17 digital images (a few in 4d), and 2 short videos of our baby wriggling around that we were able to download.Couldn't recommend enough!
