Quite a small store but got some amazing watch deals from here, and from their website.

This H. Samuel store is so well located and easy to spot for a walk-in or just passing by. The employees of this shop are just exceptional, always so helpful and welcoming. Especially the store manager (Becky) and one special employee (Simon) who is so patient and gives good advice. I had the chance to have a repair transaction with Simon and his kindness and customer service were so to the top. Thank you for making this store so likeable. I wish we could have more items on the jewelry display, but I guess it is ok since we can order online and have it delivered in store.Keep up the friendly customer service. Thanks again.

Bought my husband an amazing watch for a fantastic price. Louise was very helpful in getting the right fit for him and she managed to answer all of our questions of care for the watch. Would highly recommend popping in!!

Having made purchases for both my engagement and wedding bands, I can honestly say this is THE best store to come to.I was served by Louise and Becky on several occasions, their warm, always smiling and friendly approach to assist someone who doesn't really know anything about jellewery and stones is amazing.Clean and well presented displays with great options for all budgets.If you haven't done so already, pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed!

The customer service was absolutely fantastic and I felt really well looked after; they made all my options very clear to me in order to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I have been looking for a piece of jewellery for 3 years; a belated birthday present to celebrate a milestone birthday.I always thought that I would buy a second hand item and had been actively looking, until the day I walked past my local H Samuels branch and a lovely ring caught my eye. I liked it but it wasn’t quite the item I wanted. So I spoke with Becky (the manager) and discussed my requirements with her, and it was then that she advised that they can produce a bespoke item, to my exact specifications. I could choose the stones,(size, colour, quality), materials (gold platinum mix) and even the weighting of the finished item.To guide and reassure me, Becky recommended that they produce a cad or prototype ring, at a small cost and refundable against the order. The internal design team responded so quickly and positively.The end result is joyous!! A beautiful bespoke ring, from a trusted high street jeweller at a competitive price. Becky and her team have made this a wonderfully memorable experience, and I feel so special. Thank you!

Fantastic!! Customer service by Simon he really helped me pick out some thing fabulous that looks great on me and he is very helpful also very intentive and Jerry is great too, she will keep you well entertained, all in all great shopping experience.I will most definitely visit H.Samuel in maidenhead as they offer exchange and returns as long as it's not been open and the seal is still intact, I really like that about them.
