We have had our pond for 15 years and it had sadly deteriorated to the stage where the pump was barely working, the filter was clogged and the pond was full of debris and mud. Within a few days, Ross has transformed it into a beautifully clean pond and the fish all seem very happy! I would thoroughly recommend Ross.

After inheriting a pond with a house purchase, we were clueless as to why our pond filter stopped working and how to fix it. The office team were super responsive to my emails for assistance, and Ross came out the next day to help (and on his day off!). Ross thoroughly explained everything he did whilst advising how the filtration system worked, to enable us to look after the pond properly moving forwards. Ross cleaned the entire filter and pump, whilst also replacing the UV tube and advising how to treat our blanketweed problem. Thank you so much again Ross! Amazing service and we will definitely be contacting you again for future servicing :)

My pond was completely overgrown with dense matted plants and decaying leaves etc. I have been thrilled with the result after Ross and George got to work and cleared , relined and redesigned the edging . It already looks amazing and that’s before the spring planting . Can’t wait to see the finished result next year and what a great thing to look forward to after this awful winter . Thank you .Now nearly a year from the restoration , we have enjoyed the wonderful planting of iris , water lilies and pond plants , with a myriad of wildlife in all shapes and sizes , visiting the pond this summer. My expectations were not disappointed and I am thrilled with the new pond. Now it has been tidied up for the winter and it’s net erected to protect from falling leaves etc. A brilliant , professional job by Ross and George.Thank you all so much for great work.

Julie managed all the queries I had the same day. Ross provided such a great service which included rewiring the pump and filter and tidying the pipes. Blanket weed taken out and dead and inappropriate plants. Planted 5 lovely lilies which within 4 days are at the water surface. HIGHLY recommended.

Ross has maintained my pond over 15yrs from a periodic clean to a recent rebuild including a new liner and rework of the surrounding paving area. Ross and George's work is always very high quality and with a good eye for detail. They are also very knowledgeable.

I've known Ross &co for more than 5 years. Back then he took on what would be for most a really tricky upgrade and rebuild of the filter complete with building works. He has just done a UV unit refit for me too. You won't find anyone with more water and fish knowledge who is also a class builder too. Top notch.

Ross & George did a great job clearing our fairly large and seriously overgrown pond - shifting a mountain of leaf matter in the process.We even discovered two dozen fish we didn't know were there!Ross is clearly very knowledgeable, he should write a book on the subject as it would become the definitive reference manual I'm sure. We're so grateful to Ross and George for helping us get our little wildlife pond back in action again and ready for spring replanting. George worked in the most atrocious weather to clear out a huge mass of clogged roots and silt which we could never have tackled ourselves. He and Ross are both lovely to deal with and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always responsive by email and very generous in giving expert advice and guidance. If only we had contacted them when we first made our pond we'd never have got into such a mess and chosen all the wrong plants!
