Rented a 2 bed property in London from UKIPS and dealt with Sanwal in their London office. He was extremely co-operative, friendly and helpful. Would recommend reaching out to him if you’re looking to rent in London or even in other cities further up North.

Avoid this lettings agents at all cost. Terrible service and will let apartments to tenants with ongoing issues such as leaks. I have been living with a leak in my room for more than a year. It is a building defect. The only time they have been proactive is when I’ve had to call environmental health.Still the issue is not fixed, you would think they make your case a priority, provide rent reduction or even replace the books lost to water damage? No! You’re wrong, they do not care about tenants well-being.If you have Sanwal dealing with your tenancy, do yourself a favour and leave, you’ll save yourself a lot of trouble in the long-run. Incompetent.And if you’re thinking, I’m exaggerating, I’ve got photos and videos. This has been a nightmarePLEASE AVOID!!!!!!

I rented a flat in North London from UKIPS and moved out a few weeks ago. Sanwal was really helpful when we moved in and out, and with any problems we had during our tenancy. He was really flexible when we were moving out as we were behind our schedule and had to hand over the keys later than agreed.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. The most unprofessional uncooperative estate agents I have ever come across. I have been in a property for the past 2 and a half years paying nearly £1000 a month and these people do nothing but lie when things go wrong. I am currently in the process of taking them to court for leaving me in a damp riddled property since January. I will update this review once I have had my day in court with these thieves

indian boss sanwal is in charge, their office is fake, no one answer phone call for 2 months, not only Leicester office phone, but also london office phone. None of them worked. They did not pay back tenant deposit as well. Be careful to this company.

I rented a two bedroom Apartment 3 years ago in Nottingham through UKIPS. Any issues occurred at the property, were sorted right away. I have dealt most of the time with Sanwal, he has been great and so have the other staff i have spoken to. I Highly recommended UKIPS to anyone and would like to thank them for such a great service.
