Having visited the Natural Therapy shop on many occasions I can say that the premises are very clean and the staff are friendly and work hard to give good service.The only slight negative I have found is that sometimes I have to change my booking because the shop has been very busy at the time I would have preferred.The service has always beenfirst class though.

I made an appointment a week in advance, arrived on time to be told they are fully booked. Showed evidence of my booking to which they let me in then proceeded to tell me I'd have to pay £10 more than what I was quoted. I walked out. I'd never use them again, so unprofessional.

WarningThe staff can’t speak English no word , The one who serve you well go out and speak to the arriving customer (you pay for the time ) you won’t get the time you already paid for .I mean this shop is duggy one if you looking for that .
