Won't find anyone better in Gravesend

*REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS*VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST! I went as my yellow engine light was flashing..two days ago.. the lady advised her team would run diagnostics and give me a call and I could trust that I Could leave my car. She called me back saying it was the problem was with four spark plugs + coil pack. She advised the price to fix this and i agreed. I picked up my car and left it in the drive. As I went to drive it today .. the engine light came back on.. so I went back ..the lady told me I could leave my car but I said that was not possible and that someone needs to fix it now because £185 is a lot of money.After a lot of back & forth, her colleague came and ran the diagnostics again and said there wasn’t an issue.. I advised my engine light is on.. he said “oh .. there is nothing we can do” .. you can imagine my frustration because I paid for a service .. I went on to say I don’t feel safe driving 60miles with my engine light still on. The guy insisted that the “everything is new” so I advised how can I be sure if you are saying there’s nothing wrong but my light is on. He advised he will refund me for the labour and not the parts..(A bit fishy if you ask me). I made it very clear I was not happy, they kept advising I should leave the car but I was not sure to leave the car they seemed a bit sketchy.Well After a second opinion on the car I called back to get my partial refund (as suggested by the mechanic) I was serviced with nothing but unprofessional customer service. When I asked for the receipts of the new parts or my old ones they said no.. they were both screaming down the phone (I have evidence) honestly I was in utter shock when they hung up the phone on me and blocked my number. If they have nothing to hide why are they being so sketchy???I cannot even in 2020 people have this sort of service and think they can get away with it. I believe they tried to scam me and although I may not get a refund .. I am writing a review because I really want people to BEWARE of this company... there are far better mechanics than them!

Extremely unprofessional service from this company. They were extremely rude and they ripped me off!!! Reading the comments below doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Definitely would not recommend.

Failed to fix a problem on my cousin car yet took £184 of her to sort an engine light problem.. engine light still on and they being rude

shouting at customers on the phone is unacceptable behaviour

Poor customer service and literally make up problems with your car. Cannot be trusted to solve issues. AVOID!!!!!
