Is there a reason no food preparation hygiene rules are in place here? The man making my burger had no gloves on and would often scratch his head or touch his nose. Come on, you are preparing someone's food. When I complained, he ignored my complaints and continued. In between preparation, he would clean his hand on his pants, attend to other things, and then come back to it. It was absolutely disgusting. I took my food, went out and threw it in the bin. I've seen terrible food hygiene, but this, this was something else. Ordinarily, I don't bother with things like this but this was a horrible experience. I am definitely not coming back here.

Very quite, not sure many people know it's open, also forced to use the self service, even though I was the only customer, not sure that's great customer service, maybe if it was more pleasant as a customer, it may become busier?

I was impressed by the excellent service. The staff was friendly, efficient, and ensured a seamless dining experience. The burgers were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. A great spot for a quick and satisfying meal!

Consistently an excellent service at this BK, particularly the manager Joe is always polite with attention to detail, the service is always speedy and everyone tastes great. Much higher quality than other BK and this store takes cash

i went here for a quick bite to eat after a long day at uni. went in and got served by kelsi. i was originally having trouble using the app but she me guided me through it. Her customer service was unmatched, treated me with so much care and made sure i had everything i needed. would definitely come back again. They also had great vegetarian options. 10/10 :)
