They seemed really nice and professional but sold us a car where the DPF had been ‘letterboxed’ we almost got reported and fined by local garage! This should have been picked up by the garage before they sold us the car. I know there’s no come back, no idea who performed this illegal act on our car. Not happy.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Good priced cars and very helpful and friendly staff. Responded to a message on a Sunday and had the car I liked serviced and MOT’d Monday morning in prep for me to collect on the afternoon. Just purchased a lovely little Mercedes SLK from Ian Farrel Motors. It was an on line purchase. Neil was really helpful sent me a video and arranged delivery. Unfortunately the engine management light came on. I contacted Neil and he arranged for the issue and subsequent repair to be dealt with immediately. Excellent service.Professional no nonsense honest used car company.

We have to say Neil treated us so well, he was very patient, knowing we had to confirm everything with the son. He went out of his way to make everything simple. Nothing was too much trouble. The car we purchased drives like dream.
