Disappointed with in store minimum spend policy on this occasion. Have been in previously and had documents printed and always had a good service. Today for a single page (returns label) to be printed I’m told a £1 minimum charge! Has to be cash, which is fair enough,but charging £1 for a single page is really unhelpful and I didn’t have enough on me to go ahead with getting my printing done. Paid to park in town too so all in all a total waste of time and won’t return to use services now out of principle. Really thought somewhere like this would be more community minded and want to help people but this policy is really against that.Wow! In response to the aggressive reply!. I specifically came into town to get that print done, so yes a waste of my time and money to come in and be disappointed that you wanted to rip me off and charge me £1 for printing one piece of paper that is 15p! I get that service is extra and your time is not free, but really, a minute of your time, was it a massive effort? I had 50p in my purse and told you this and you didn’t even consider doing the right thing and keeping the customer happy!You clearly don’t recognise me as I’ve been in on three occasions to print lots of documents and purchased a photo album from you too- all in all I’ve spent in excess of £75 with your business and wanted to support local. just a shame I don’t feel at all supported in return. Perhaps this isn’t a big enough spend for you to warrant a bit of kindness and compassion? You could see I was upset and stressed out when I came in, with a toddler in tow. I now have to find somewhere else for my printing needs - hopefully I can find somewhere better and you’ll think twice about being so petty to a customer in the future, even someone spending pence. Everyone deserves to be treated the same.

We had a newborn photo shoot. It was a very relaxed shoot of 2 hours, with time to feed and cuddle to make sure we had a happy baby for the pictures. We weren't sure what type of 'poses' we wanted, but Eyal was able to suggest how to place or hold him. He just kept taking photos, even when I was holding the baby to sooth him, so we got some really lovely natural photos of me and the baby. We were so pleased with the photos, they were amazing. Also it was easy to use the online store to order prints of the photos and they were ready very quickly to collect from the shop.

Eyal was brilliant in arranging for baby family shoot for my sister. quick response ,patient, polite, attended to our every requirement professionally. would highly recommend. Thank you for making our experience relaxing.

Friendly, very efficient service - really helpful in getting passport photos done out of hours for my two teenage boys - nothing was too much trouble! Great payment links. Made both boys feel at ease, & very quick. Highly recommend!

Was directed to them for my passport photos today. They are the most polite and professional people. The photos were exactly what was needed and cheaper than those vile kiosks I have previously sat in. Cannot recommend highly them enough!
