Your black van driver is going to cause an accident some day. I have met him on the roads numerous times and he is constantly driving erratically, trying to overtake or even overtaking on small country roads, speeding in 30/40mph zones, tailgating people. They are a danger. If this is a representation of your company then I would suggest people avoid at all costs!
