The young people here are scamming people! Bought a Nike set for my daughter it’s online for £35. Bought it in store and noticed the price had been covered with a black marker and a £40 tag put over the top absolute scum bags in this shop the management need to sort there staff out there obviously doing it cos there wages ain’t enough! So be aware and check online before buying from this store!

Good selection as expected from JD, but the service is horrible. Both ladies that we interacted with, sales and cash were extremely rude. Not even caring to help, smile or show some customer care. Very unfortunate to be honest.

It's a huge store, to be fair they have some great offers. All the staff are all happy and ready to help.

I visited with family members, for nike air max sliders, unfortunately i stood around for nearly 20 mins whilst the staff standing around talking to each other, when i finally got seen by a member of staff, then to be told they didn't have my size, very annoying

First time shopping here.Nice welcome good sale prices.Given good quality bag for my gear.

Second time I went there and my last!First time I went to shop there rubbish customer service and rude usually by the check out.Yesterday morning I went there asked a question to one of the store worker was nice lad and helfull too, when I when to the chekout to purchuse the item the worker there was absolutely rude unhelpful in a moody mood maybe the work had a bad day I get it but the other customers that paid in full the worker was nice to them but to me different just don't judge book by it's cover as the second I took my car keys to look for some staff the tone instantly changed and I just said the signal is not good here I will pop out and sort it out I could pay in full and I was about to but at this point I was fed up and left my last visit to this Brighton JD.I don't write reviews but second time is enough some things needs to change everyone should be treated equally!I would suggest the footlocker shop the service is 100% nicer and way more helpfull and best advise there!!

The people that work here are great. They put up with gangs of demanding kids. As this store is in Brighton it doesn’t sell out of the best as quickly as the London stores do.Worth a visit.Not as many knarly kids as the London stores either.If you order online for click and collect they do struggle storing it alphabetically until you come to collect - try asking under first name as well as the more usual last name. There’s some good deals online

This sore has the worst customer service ever!!I wanted to return my T-shirt that I bought yesterday in order to get a bigger size. However, they would not apply my student discount on the bigger size T-shirt even though the discount is applied on the receipt !! They wanted me to pay 8 pounds more. It is the same T-shirt!!What kind of customer services is this????

The workers are really rude, i returned a pair of pants because it had a hole in them, the worker didnt even say “have a nice day” or anything and also the money hasnt come through, its been 2 days. and from what i have heard they are rude to alot of customers.
