InXpress Gatwick have been incredibly helpful to us for posting same day and urgent shipments that we wouldn't normally have access to. For businesses that need to provide same day items to customers they provide an invaluable service.

Litmus Wines has now used InXpress Gatwick for over 400 shipments and it just gets better and better. Matt and his team has been on the ball at all times. You can always reach them and are very quick to respond. When you need a specific shipment, they will quote you for it and find the best solution. In case of a breakage, the package is traced and comes back to you but that happened only a few times. The team traces everyday what is happening with our shipments and if it is all good we don't hear from them but when there is a 'problem' they will trace and solve as soon as they can and update us. Well done.

I've been using InXpress for nearly a year, and it has provided me with such peace of mind. Previously, we dealt directly with carriers like DPD, DHL, and UPS. However, whenever something went wrong, it often resulted in long telephone calls and delays in reaching a resolution. With InXpress, it's the opposite. If there is an issue, you can simply give them a call, and they provide immediate advice on the problem and how to resolve it.

InXpress is a pleasure to work with. Their support staff is invaluable. Any time we have an issue with a collection, booking or delivery, they get right on it and help sort it. Their online booking system is simple and quick to use. I always use InXpress for next day deliveries when I need the confidence it will arrive on time and intact.
