After recently moving to Cardiff, the Jeffrey Ross team helped me find a great home for me and my family!

We invited JR and another leading estate agent on Albany road to value our home. After speaking to Ramzy from JR and the other gentleman from the other agency. We decided to go with JR because I liked Ramzy style of selling, I’m not a fan of pushy estate agents. We sold our house with JR in February 2022. It took 9 days from going on the market to selling. The team in the wellfield road branch were lovely. Kept me in the loop with all the offers that came in. Once we’d sold they contacted me via email for updates and kept me in the informed without being pushy. On exchange day they were super understanding when we handed the keys to them late because someone hit our moving van. All in all they made a very stressful experience less so. Totally worth the money and I’d never consider another estate agent.

I have recently sold my home through Jeffrey Ross who provided a great service throughout. Clearly they are very busy with the vibrant housing market at the moment but Amanda did a fantastic job selling our property which was followed up with Pam providing great service after our sale was agreed. Our original buyers unexpectedly pulled out of the purchase near completion but Amanda and Pam sprung into action to secure us a better offer within 4 days. Thank you to all at Jeffrey Ross, Roath.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Has the most awful experience with the estate agent, the worst 4 months of living in a disgusting mouldy flat (photos attached) all my emails and phone calls where either ignored or brushed off and NOTHING was done, didn't even get an apology for the damage their property made to my belongings and health. Would urge anyone thinking of renting with JefferyRoss to rethink unless they are willing to live in a disgusting situation as seen in the pictures which don't even show how bad it got before I was forced to move out and even that was a battle with the company who still wanted money from me.

I highly recommend the Roath branch of Jeffrey Ross Estate Agents. The whole team are charming and work together seamlessly. Their innovative marketing methods resulted in a high level of interest in my property and a swift and excellent sale. They are clearly a knowledgeable, motivated and highly experienced team.

There is a lady working here called pam. She is lovely and so helpful. I talked to her once and she got the house i wanted. I recommend her for anyone that is having trouble renting a house.she was the best.

I have bought and sold 7 houses over the years and can honestly say the latest experience is the best by a country mile.Right from the start we were impressed with Jeffrey Ross and in particular Ramzy, who came out to appraise our property.The marketing was very impressive with the professional photos and 360 degree virtual tour. We also liked the seller's dashboard which gave us up to date information on our progress.The open house was a new idea to us but we went with it and our sale eventually came from someone who was booked in on that day.Ramzy gave us immediate feedback after each viewing so we knew what our viewers were saying about all aspects of our property.Pam initially updated us as our point of contact and when we had accepted an offer, Maddie took over the sale progression.We did hassle her a fair bit with emails but she always got back to us promptly and with a positive attitude, even when things weren't going to plan and I was stressed.Highly recommended to anyone selling their home, an excellent experience all round.
