I ordered their LED mask. Firstly, they use the worst shipping company available in the country. The shipping company notified that the order has been delivered when it actually has not. I have been trying to get in touch with the Customer Service of CurrentBody since a week now and I haven’t received any response. There is no contact number you can call and you are basically at their mercy of responding. I thought that CurrentBody is a reputed company but it seems dodgy to me that they have no proper Customer Service line. I’m not even sure if the product was shipped or is it all a scam?!

I purchased skin cleansing brushes for my clarisonic cleanser. They arrived earlier than expected. The brushes are great, I have used them for years and I love how they make my skin glow. I always get asked how I keep my skin so healthy. I thoroughly recommend Current Body, they are the genuine article. It's always my first port of call for beauty products.

Brilliant company! Have bought LED red light equipment. Very reasonably priced and the products are wonderful! Evri the courier that they use is first class - products are delivered within 2 to 3 days with no fuss. Will be using them again in the future. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Nice to have found a reputable beauty product site at last - a gem!

I purchased the current body red light face mask and after 2 weeks felt my skin was improving in some way because applying foundation was smoother, easier and like silk. Really not sure what is happening but it’s amazing! I have a lot of faith that lines will diminish in the coming weeks based on how quickly my skin is responding so positively. I the purchased a Dr Harris eye mask. Unbelievable results and immediate! It truly works! Frown line (and it’s deep) has softened dramatically and my general sleep is much better. So pleased I found current body- it’s changed my life and made me feel amazing.

I bought Braun ipl device, received it, it is not working, the same day i got it i contacted the company, which refused to help!!!!!! Stay away from this website to shop there!! They don't want to be responsible for something they sold me, they told me to contact Braun.

I am contacting currentbody regarding my return. I have not received their reply since one week, but the automatical reply saying that they try to reply in 24hours. I do not know what is wrong with them? It seems like they pretend to run away when you want to return items. In addition, I tried to contact live chat, it never works. Anyone knows how to contact live chat? and their service number is also not working. Now I am lost and do not know when I can get a feedback from currentbody by email!!!

I made my order on Oct 6th. Standard delivery days for Taiwan is 14 days. It’s been 29 days since and I don’t know where my package is at. Their customer service hardly reply. PLEASE TELL ME WHERE THE HELL MY PACKAGE IS.

I ordered a IPL from there via the German website on Sunday, with express shipping for 1-2 days delivery time.It's now Thursday and I haven't had an update. I wrote to them and Anna said it had been escalated to the correct department. No further information. I have emailed them twice since and no reply, including one where I have requested the express shipping costs to be credited because I have paid and not received the product within the stated timeframe.I'm starting to think this is a scam as well.Luckily I paid via Klarna so as soon as I can I will be registering this as a problem with them, at least that way I will be covered if currentbody doesn't get back to me and I never receive the goods which is what it's looking like. It's supposed to be a present for tomorrow...that's obviously not going to happen either. I told them this as well -Shocking customer service.Think twice about ordering here.Edit***The reply from Currentbody came about 2 hours after I posted this. Oddly, less than an hour after I had posted this, I suddenly had a refund for the express shipping, a discount voucher of 15 euro for the future (which I will not be using) and an email saying it was going to be processed Asap. Shortly after I finally got confirmation it has been shipped. So apparently someone there is reading the correspondence after all, just not replying.Edited the one star review to 2 stars as they have responded after all. Once the product is here I may amend again.As to the comment on shipping times etc that Nikola mentioned in her reply to my review : if I pay for express shipping on Sunday, and it's meant to take 1-2 business days to be delivered I would expect a shipment notification by Tuesday at the latest. If it's not possible to uphold that timing, then informing the customer of delays should be the minimum done, particularly if they have contacted the company as to the status of the order.Yes delays can happen and I wouldn't have complained IF I had gotten informed.The website itself is easy to use, the offer the normal payment options that are widely offered.
