Took car in for a service. After inital inspection more work was needed which I was kept informed of what needed doing with photographic evidence. Needed car back at a particular time for work and that was adhered too. Garage did a great job.

When you finally find someone who you trust 100% it's a relief. My son who's just passed his test took his car there and I was expecting a big bill. It transpired the fault was a simple fix, not that myself or son would have known. They sorted immediately. I'd have gladly paid more. Integrity and honesty at its finest. Highly recommended.

So I booked my car HallCraft to have my rear brake pads changed and my disc checked on my BMW as my local BMW dealer had told me they needed changing but at £274 I had decided to look elsewhere and these guys offered me the same work out at £100 cheaperThe car was collected from my place of work and taken to their workshop, where, during the day I received a call, saying that the pads were perfectly fine as were the disks, and all I needed was a sensor to which they replaced for me, washed the car, and then returned itI like that honesty prevailed here, and they kept me notified all along the way as to what was needed on the car, and the costIt goes to show that there are garages out there that are honest, reliable and dependable and this is one of them. I will not hesitate to have my car booked in again as my service is due soon and the cost will be a lot cheaper than taking it back to the dealer That I bought it from and the level of workmanship will be just as goodDefinitely worth taking your car here for any work you may need

Booked my BMW in for a free health check which is a great service by itself! Spoke to a lovely, polite and well mannered woman named Izzy over the phone and the guy I dealt with apologies didn't get his name he was also friendly and informative while giving advice on what's best for the consumer and not to benefit himself or the business, overall great service from everyone there :)Been back a couple of times and still receiving great service! Employee named Dave! Open and honest communication always wanting to do what’s best for the customer.

A fantastic overall service with a friendly, knowledgeable team. Fair prices and somewhere I can take my cherished mini 1st gen, where I don’t have to clean the car off afterwards and instead - Hallcraft provide it already cleaned inside and out. Great job Hallcraft team!!

This is the first time we've used HallCraft, but I'm sure it won't be the last. The work needed was explained to us and quoted accurately. We were kept informed about how long it would take and they kept exactly to the completion day. We picked up a car that had been repaired and valeted to a high standard. After being given an eye watering quote for a repair job by my local Ford dealer a relative recommended that I try HallCraft. I am pleased that I did as they carried out the repair for half the price I had been quoted by the Ford dealer and did a first class job. I also needed a repair to our 2nd car and they also came in at a much lower price. I cannot fault the service I received on both occasions. Dave was more than helpful when I first contacted them for a quote and went the extra mile when sorting out the parts which were needed. The other staff I have seen have also been very friendly and helpful. To be honest I have not been at all happy with my local Ford dealer for some time as regards their prices and am pleased to have found a much better alternative. I will certainly be having my repairs and servicing carried out by HallCraft in the future because they seem to be an honest, helpful and reliable business.
