We have always really enjoyed the food from TCK but today was very disappointing. The lady who served me was very rude and when I asked what the chicken was it pained her to go through them. She wasn’t remotely friendly nor did she display any good customer service whatsoever. I asked for a chicken salad- she warmed some chicken in a plastic tub with a bit of salad on top, very disappointing. My son had a curry which was watery and lacked flavour. Prices have gone up significantly (as with a lot of places) but £14.50 for a curry, rice and chappati with a tiny box of chicken salad, absolutely gutted. Definitely won’t be going back again

Food is great, although the Meat and Chicken biryani are the only things worth buying.I agree it's tough getting everyone's orders but it's what they signed up for as I work in retail, but a couple of the staff are incredibly rude and have a sour face.It doesn't cost to be kind and patient.

The services and food here is soo good.Sarah is very patient and kind with customers, especially with the ones who are not too familiar with the dish. Sarah took her time to explain the different spices of food available and took her time for me to make a choice.

The most tasty curry, chappaties and samosa i have tasted in 43 years of eating Indian food. The staff are excellent and the owner is a joy to speak to.

Visited this deli after years as I don't visit the Mall that often decided to stop by with a few friends. Food is very reasonably priced and the staff were very polite and attentive. It not just a product we were purchashing but it felt like an experience (Even though the shop was busy the shop manager introduced herself and we had a chit chat-ensuring high standards were being upheld)If you're ever passing through I would recommend you pop down... We went for the Persian Panini and I'd recommend this to anyone. 10/10

I used to come here quite a bit. Recently, the quality of food has gone downhill and the prices have shot up. Service is equally disappointing, I was refused a plate when asked for it and expected to eat a full English breakfast from a polystyrene container with cheap quality plastic cutlery. Desi tea is not authentic either its the ready made stuff you get out the packet. Not coming here again to be honest.

Came today and the service received was atrocious. Kept talking over me whilst I wanted to break down the cost of my order.The prices listed do not make sense when buying a bulk item. For example - single kebabs cost £1.25 Nan is 70pBut a kebab roll with the exact same 2 things are £4.50When asked for an explanation, spoke to very rudely.I for one don’t think I’ll be returning

Went to tck deli today and was very happy with the food and the amazing service i got price was very reasonable i would definitely go again.
