Went along to buy vit D , which I was also advised from the shop owner to take along with vit D , vit K1 as it absorbed the vit D more effectively . I purchased both vitamins , came home researched and asked pharmacy in bootsand was advised not to take them Vit K1 and its used in prevention of blood clots etc . I'm perfectly healthy and certainly don't need to be taking something to make my blood clot . #salesgimmick
