Service was really slow. Girl on tills was lovely and kept apologising for the wait, but when there are other staff on the shop floor surely they should be helping her, not leaving her to serve on her own?!

The shop was quite busy and there was no restrictions in place to assist social distancing measures Bearing in mind that the shop has been open practically throughout the checkout was well organised with staff plentiful to assist

Good prices on toiletries and things of that nature I find, my other half does use it for make up I believe so maybe good for that too

Helpful staff, good range of products reasonably priced, the layout is a little hard to follow but that's my only criticism, a points card give you discounts when you have enough points. Probably the cheapest of the pharmacy type of shops.

Very cramped aisles not many tills on and more staff stocking shelves than serving customers. Waited a while to be served no social distancing and getting very pricey. The staff are very rude too!!

Slow service, staff to busy taking to each other rather then helping, rude staff taking about personal issues on there headsets whilst serving customers. Shopped in here 22 years and its the worst ive seen this store.

Expensive. Price for paracetamol caplets was £2.50. Local stores sell for only 29pence
