During house viewing and early consultation regarding buying a property I found Natalie very courteous and profession. She responded quickly to my phone calls, providing the required information. In clear manner Although she represents the vendors of the property that we want to buy, she does give the impression that she was doing her best to progress the sale and represent our view. She handles the inherent conflicts between buyer and seller very well. I suspect she has done a good job for the vendor. She’s a goodun!

Viewed a property and placed an offer with NATALIE PALMER.On the Friday at 5.45pm I received a call from Natalie saying the vendor needed the weekend to mull it over, and I would be phoned by 10 am on Monday...When it got to 5.30pm, I chased, she didn't want to come to the phone, eventually I managed to speak with her, as I kept phoning.She explained that there had all of a sudden been a viewing on the Saturday morning at 9am, so she would have known about that on the Friday obviously, but she tried to tell me that they rang up and got an immediate viewing, WHAT on a Saturday, what a low life liar, no she was stalling me, she then had the cheek to ask me to enter a bidding war...I immediately pulled out, due to her lies and absolutely despicable behaviour...Having sold and moved out and paying dreadfully high rent whilst trying to buy, I am in a good position, she knew my situation, and asked for bidding war with first time buyers living at home with parents...How callous of her.

In anticipation of our move to Herefordshire we contacted Chancellors in Leominster to arrange to view a property we had seen on their website. Natalie Palmer answered our call and arranged the viewing. She then identified a number of other properties which met our criteria.As 'out of towners' our time in the area was limited but Natalie quickly and efficiently managed to arrange viewings for almost all of the properties to take place during the same afternoon.We appreciated, very much, Natalie's time and expertise both during that afternoon and in the various telephone conversations we have had over the past two weeks.
