Absolutely awful service. You will be kept waiting at least 1hr past your appointment time. Nobody ever gets back to you after leaving a dozen request to be called back. The simple task they are meant to do is file tax returns was not done on-time and am now faced with £100 fine from HMRC. Do yourself a favour and find a capable accountant or do it yourself online. I don't think this is an accounting company, more likely a money laundering company.

She promised me that she well rectified my tax return ASAP, but unfortunatly she never delivered her promise even though I signed FORM 64/8 waisted almost 4 months of my time, if she couldn't do it I would've appreciated her in the first place, sadley i went there to her office whitfield accounting tappton way tecnology park to collect my paper works.
