First time I've ordered from these guys,stated on website maybe a 4 day delay but arrived quicker than that.Will use again.

Just received my order of 2.3mm pellets, excellent quality backed up by excellent service, also bought some dyes and tried them, looks like a small bottle will go a long way. Top marks and thank you.

Incredible quality bait. Definitely a big part of my recent run of success placing In the top five In the majority of my matches the last few months. The pellets take on so much water. Ideal for feeding down the margin.

Be aware of these Amateurs!!! Ordered 2kg of frozen bloodworm & 5kg of prepared frozen tigers. There was a next day delivery promise from day of shipping which you would expect, as both items are temperature sensitive, especially the bloodworm. As it turned out, my order was delayed by the courier for over 28 hours. When my order eventually turned up, it had not only defrosted, it had warmed up to an unacceptable temperature, see attached photo of the temperature probe on the bloodworm. So, my temperature sensitive order had been sitting in a unrefrigerated hot depo then a van for nearly three days!!! Also. considering these items were sold as frozen, there was NO frozen gel/water packs in the packaging, to at least give these baits a fighting chance of remaining semi-frozen or even cool in transit. No problem I thought and called them immediately to explain the situation, expecting & professional response to an unfortunate occurrence, how wrong could I be! I was met initially with a defensive attitude towards me and my request that they at least replace the bloodworm and I'd keep the less sensitive tigers. The owner(?) Dan, begrudgingly made arrangements for a return, which were later cancelled by him, then refused to send out a replacement suggesting the bloodworm was okay and I was the problem! The conclusion all to this, I HAD to settle for a refund, keep the un-usable bloodworm and feel grateful! Clearly, customer service or customer satisfaction are not a consideration or their responsibility once an order has left their depo. Without doubt this is the WORST bait supplier I've ever had the misfortune to have to deal with, truly shocking, just don't get drawn in by their advertising & marketing. My advice would be to save your time, stress & money and use a professional bait company!
