Absolute 5 star service from start to finish. On the phone customer service knew exactly what they were talking about. When I arrived at TWR I was talked through exactly what would happen with my watch. Collected my watch 4 weeks later and it was like brand new. I had previously been quoted 20+ weeks for the same service and a higher price. The cost was ever so slightly cheaper then anywhere else but it wasn't about the money. The service and the fact of the 4 week turn around (I was quoted 6 weeks) was brilliant. Thanks so much.

Excellent support, communication, and highest quality service from TWR. They serviced my Sinn U2 and everything was returned perfect. They were recommended by Sinn, and Alex from TWR provided excellent support and trust with my watch. Absolutely fantastic service and really kind and friendly staff. I had an inexpensive but unique watch that was very sentimental to me which they cleaned up and fixed very quickly. I will always go back there for any watch repairs.

just picked up my dad's old omega yesterday. it was working but was a sick pig,and sitting in my draw since 1981. although the original leather strap was beyond repair, I said I wanted the original watch to remain. they had it for about three months. the dial was badly tarnished and the glass was scratched. it gained six hours a day. I had to save up for a while to have it repaired. I was blown away when I saw it. it looks brand new. its the most beautiful watch I have ever seen, and will wear it with pride. so to everyone at TWR a massive thank you. can't recommend this company highly enough.AMAZINGthank you x

I was very happy with the professionalism and friendly service provided by TWR with the recent repair of my watch. The watch was ready for collection a week earlier than estimated which was a bonus and it looked new when I picked it up. It was the first time I’ve used TWR and was so impressed I’ve left a second watch with them for a service.

Watch repairs extraordinarily talented. They repaired my 50 year old Seiko where others failed dismally. Don’t bother with your high street Jewler go straight to the specialist.Excellent staff lovly service.

I trusted TWR to refurbish, which is an external clean and light polish together with a water resistance test, a luxury watch that I'd bought from a colleague.It was literally returned looking like new, I am really pleased and felt the pricing was reasonable.Will definitely be using TWR again.
