double charged for cookies not able to contact or find anyone for refund absolutely disgracefull been over a week now and still unable to try and get refund. been into shop twice phoned customer services never been able to speak to someone. its now 1st of july and nothing.

I ordered a cake with short notice and it was sorted out very quickly by Codie! I told her to do whichever colours she thought would look nice and when I collected I was really happy with what she had chosen. it was beautifully decorated, with super neat writing and it tasted divine! Thankyou Codie

Despite opening times being published until 15:30 on website, was refused service at 15:12 as the women on kiosk was putting away the cookies despite seeing us at the counter. Why have opening times if you don’t keep to them?

I am very disappointed with the quality of the cookie.After ordering it for my son's 19th birthday the cookie tasted very doughy we ended up putting it in the bin because it made us feel sick.The cookie was that thin that when you picked up a slice it would bend and a bit break off.

We asked for a cookie cake and asked if there was possibility if a pikachu could be added not expecting her to say yes but when we came back she had absolutely smashed our expectations through the roof! It looks absolutely amazing and is going to make someone feel very special on their birthday! I think her name was kellie-Ann and she has absolutely made such an amazing treat!
