I sit here listening to my partner place a call to TLS in London who have done nothing but dragged their feet over a Garage purchase for TWO AND A HALF YEARS. The irony is that the seller is working with TLS in Newquay as they *thought* it would make it quicker to work with the same firm / two locations.You read that right. Two and a half years.My partner has had 4 solicitors come and go on this purchase. They keep saying we are waiting on the (insert buyer / seller's) solicitor when asked for an update. Yet they are technically waiting on each other from the same company. I would avoid this company and will never recommend them."

Avoid! It felt like a paralegal boot camp.Hardly any comms, apart from to tell you who their replacement was. Painfull slow, too the point my lender got fed up and took it upon themselves to sort basic issues. To her credit MK actual did at least help. Invoicing is swift they seem to communicate better when the money is due, even that was done incorrectly. - Requested funds to pay another party, and then, didn't pay them. Still waiting on return of documents, nothing seen yet in months. I wouldn't trust they have been sent.

TLS solicitors was recommend to me by a EasyLife Alliance, my mortgage broker. I'm so happy I took that recommendation to heart. Malwina Konopinska was incredible throughout the process. The other side was quite sloppy but thanks to her diligence and responsiveness (I could call anytime and emails were responded promptly), the transaction completed without a hassle.
