Heart BB are the best tradesmen I have ever had, I will always use them from now on.The work was fast, on time, on budget and very high quality. Justin and his team are very nice and helpful with suggestions, happy to work to any plans you have. Very responsive to messages.They installed new central heating and radiators throughout the house. There was minimal disruption for a very difficult job, which involved taking up floor boards throughout the whole house. The house was immaculate and clean after the work was completed, you would never know they were there. They also took away all the old appliances.I immediately asked them to remove an old gas fireplace which they did the next day, very quickly.

Justin was great! He came to service our boiler and advise us on fitting a glass shower screen. He was very polite and gave us advice on the best way to keep our boiling running to optimize energy efficiency!

We have had work done by Justin and the team over several years, so we know we can trust them to do a first class job. We recently bought an apartment that had been unoccupied for some time. Joe did an excellent job addressing lots of actual and potential issues, which gave us confidence in the plumbing going forward. Most recently, Joe serviced the gas boiler and again did a super job. I rate Heart B&B highly, and am delighted to recommend.

They were clean, professional, always on time and I felt happy with them being in the house alone. Joe turned up on time to service our boiler. He was quick, efficient and very friendly.Would not hesitate to use their services again. Very happy. All work space were left clean and tidy.Can highly recommend.

Justin was responsive and really helpful from first enquiry. He made really great suggestions to fit 2x bathrooms, but also took on board and was very happy to help create the look I was after. His team were professional, tidy and they've done a great job. I would highly recommend Heart BB.

Justin and his Team replaced a shower earlier this year for us. Really pleased with the work carried out and recommendation for local bathroom supplier. Experienced small issue with shower equipment recently, Justin was able to send someone out to fix for us. Very pleased with service received.
