Fantastic end result! My case certainly had it’s challenges but Adam was amazing throughout the process, and communication was on point. Pushed to get everything sorted for me, which resulted in a better outcome. Will not use anyone else in future. 10/10

I had an insurance company refuse to pay for my courtesy car costs after one of their clients had written my car off. They ignored/ refused to pay the bill until it ran up a lump sum of around £30K. If it wasnt for Arslan Riaz and colleagues, i would have been left with the liability of paying the bill. They managed to recover ALL costs. I cant thanks Charles A Marshall Lawyers enough for their communication throughout the entire process and the results of their hard labour. Would definitely recommend, you're in safe hands!

Unfortunately, I was in a non fault accident 3 years ago and suffered an injury as a result. The third party disputed liability and Charles A Marshall acted on my behalf to settle the matter in my favour. Adam Dollimore managed the process for me, and was incredibly supportive throughout. My experience with Charles A Marshall was a good one. Some of the reviews are imo somewhat bitter & illustrate a lack of impatience. My case was expected to be over in about three months. It in actual fact took more than 18 months. But Charles A Marshall are in no way responsible for third party solicitors dragging their feet. Lydia who dealt with my case was straight shooter at all times. She herself was amazed this took so long as the other party had admitted liability at an early stage. Lydia always covered every point & constantly kept me informed. I felt I was provided with a good service & Charles A Marshall & Lydia got me the full top end estimate for my injuries whilst avoiding the inconvenience of a court hearing.
