It's a bit dead, all the time. My wedding here wasn't ideal, weak canapès. Most people are snakes, limited vegetarian options. #sad

Great if you like paying extortionate prices for drinks and entry (courtesy of the UKC Student Union), listening to the same generic music repeatedly, being barged into by rugby types" and wrenching your shoes free from the sticky dance-floor as you force yourself to "try to get into it". Unless you're a complete newbie to clubbing this is about as bad as it's going to get. Canterbury is a pretty limited town in terms of nightlife but would recommend a night out in town over Venue any day of the week."

Basically a place to go if you want to rid yourself of any dignity and attain an STD. Get ready for the hype man to ruin your night with his loud repetitive rambling and music that makes you contemplate your existence.

Accessibility only for advertising. There have been a few occasions where they advertise easy accessibility to earplugs so those with sensory issues. Turns out easy access is waiting at a busy bar with loud music blaring and then first denying having them then needing to escalate to the point of abusive language (which I apologise for) for them to get someone who can get some

Saturday and Wednesday are the best nights because there tends to be a good variety of music, Friday is Grime night and all that jazz, Thursday is house. One star deducted just because the dance floor is just way too hot most days and it can take AGES to get a drink once you're in.
