I’ve just purchased a used car from Stephen at Lookers, and despite the value of the transaction being much less than the usual vehicles that must get sold here on a daily basis, I was treated with the same levels of great service as someone who was spending ten times as much.All my questions were answered thoroughly and promptly, I was kept informed of progress at all phases in the purchase journey and I was very impressed by the amount of work and care they put in to ensure all their cars meet their “Audi Approved” standard. I would highly recommend.

We had had an equally five star experience when we bought it a few weeks ago but on that occasion we had a ferry to catch and didn't have time for the in depth briefing have was able to offer today. We've just bought an Audi Q5 from this branch and I've got to commend the service and advice offered by 2 staff members (hope they don't mind me mentioning their names! David and Scott).From the warm welcome we received to the many hot drinks and cold ones too!We are returning customers as this is our 3rd purchase from Audi and the experience gets better each time.David started the process and oversaw Scott complete the sale.Not once we felt pushed into any decision to buy, but rather we were offered excellent advice and guidance instead.Many options were presented to us based on our needs as a family and the practicality of having the correct car.We were given a test drive for the vehicle we were interested in and the while process so stress-free and flawless. Audi did all the work and we left as very very happy and satisfied customers along with our brand new car that we already love.Once again thank you Dave, Scott and the Audi Glasgow team!

I visited Glasgow Audi in the last few weeks looking to buy myself a new car. On my visit I saw in the show room an arrow grey Audi A1 which I absolutely loved.I was overseen by Jordan Gibson who was super helpful and accommodating, even setting me up for a test drive as I had never driven an Audi before. Jordan answered all my questions and was more than happy to take his time to talk me through everything about the car, any extras, as well as the ordering and picking up process.He kept me updated on everything and answered any questions I had very quickly! When the car arrived Jordan took his time to made sure to talk me through how to work everything within the car and also made sure I was completely happy with the car before taking it away.Would 100% recommend using Glasgow Audi when looking for a new car and if you can definitely ask for Jordan Gibson if he’s available as he made this experience of buying my own first car super enjoyable and special.
