Rapid Breakdown Recovery

My vehicle stalled on the A46 and wouldn't start , on top of that my phone battery was at just 7% charge, causing me even more stress. Imagine all that with 2 under two’s in the back! However, Rapid Recovery came promptly upon my call, i wasn’t waiting around for hours like you would expect to with usual recovery companies . The cost was quite reasonable, and they truly rescued the situation! Will definitely recommend x

I needed to get to Midlands Airport, but my clutch decided to give me trouble. Thankfully, I called up this company, and they were super quick to respond. They not only dropped me off at the airport but also gave me all the details about the garage where they took my car. They really saved the day and took my troubles with them!

Hit a massive pothole during last Friday's flooding and ended up with a flat and no way to change tyre. RAC called to come out but didn't turn up after six hours of waiting. Had to abandon car in the early hours of the morning and return following day. Still no joy from RAC who were not even picking up the phone. Found RBR through Google. Spoke to Emma who was so kind, helpful, and calm when we were really stressed. They were flat out too but they secured a tow truck and really friendly, kind driver. Got us out of an awful situation and charged a fair price to get us home over an hour and a half away. Highly recommend.

I gotta say, this company is top-notch! They didn't just show up on time, but they also diagnosed my car issue and even did a temporary fix on my exhaust.! Thanks to them, I saved £240 on recovering my car to East London. Highly recommend them! Thank you Hanna for keeping me calm!!

My van broke down at stupid o clock, on my route to london.. literally googled for help and this was the first link. Glad I used their service. Was a 5 star experience. Spoke to an agent named Haifa. She was a delight to speak to she was very friendly, professional, understanding, sympathetic and resolved my query very quickly. Was fairly priced and I would recommend this company to everyone as they are lovely. Thanks for all the help was really appreciated.

Initially the woman on the phone was very helpful and told me it would take up to 45 minutes for someone to come out to me, the conversation however seemed unprofessional, I could hear kids shouting in the back, she was distracted and there was no clear price given at the time only a deposit.I called back after an hour and half to be told he was on his way within 10 minutes.He arrived about 40 minutes later.The driver didn't have a clue where he was taking me, he asked me about 5 times, then asked me to direct him but still named 2 different locations to the one we had discussed. He was speeding many times and slowing down last minute for cameras and when I was directing him he took a completely wrong turn - I literally said take a right and he went left immediately then tried to turn around where he was and was flustered.He was distracted and the whole experience was unprofessional I had to call back again as he asked me for money and he wasn't sure on the amount .As a woman on her own I felt vulnerable, I expected a friendly and reassuring face and a competent driver
