Sophie and I met at quite a turbulent time in my life. She completely took it in her stride and very quickly our sessions became a safe haven for me. Her guidance over the months since has been invaluable; always kind and compassionate, with sincerity and attention to detail. I really believe that Sophie has played a huge part in the change I’ve noticed in myself since beginning therapy. I feel confident and capable and I’m so grateful to her for helping me get here.

I've had about two years of therapy with Sophie and she's really helped me to understand things about my past and present. Therapy with her has been so useful to regain a connection with both body and feelings, which has really helped with my dissociation. If you struggle with zone-outs, brain fog or connecting with the outside and/or inside, Sophie is the way to go.

Highly recommend Sophie, she has helped me so much and creates a safe space where she helps guide and coach, so I could work through life events. She is kind, welcoming and professional and really helped me build tools and techniques to be able to independently manage situations.

It took me a while to find a therapist like Sophie and by the time I did I was in pretty bad shape but she almost instantly created this safe warm environment for me to say anything without the fear of being judged. She has this wonderful knack of gently helping you look at the hard realities while at the same time empowering you to overcome them with self compassion. Thanks to Sophie I now have all the life tools i need to continue my healing independently and I have never felt so emotionally strong and capable as I do today. Sophie is an excellent therapist. When I started with her I was completely lost and overwhelmed, I could see no way out. Now I have my own happy, amazing life that I am grateful for each and every day and I have been able to let go of the past. Thank you so much Sophie.
