The car park is not in good condition, there is more taped off spaces than parking spaces, if it is not fit for use it should close

Like most multi-story car parks in any town, this one is old and grubby and really needs some upgrading. Its only selling points are that it is very close to the town centre and it is fully under cover however there are cheaper (outdoor) car parks just a little further walk away.

Very run down 70s style concrete building, it does what it has to do with plenty of spaces available and good on bad weather days for the access to the shops that's left open in four seasons.., but that's all

Not as good as it once was. Quite a few of the best shops have now disappeared from this center.There are still a few decent shops, like: The works, for book lovers; Primark, for those who like their clothes at cheap prices; Debenhams department store; Boots Chemist; WH-Smiths; Pound stretches; and of course, HMV. There are also a variety of other shops and a few cafes, that should, keep you busy.

Doesn’t take card, extremely tiny spaces even my Aygo struggled to fit in. Lines for the spaces are mostly non existent anyway. It closes at 6 so any chance of your car being safe in the evening for dinner out is shot. May as well not be there. Waste of space.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Rude encounter with a parking attendant, who purposefully after giving me a ticket hours prior, came to my car to goad me. I’m a young mum who was by myself and he came up to to me to cause an argument and to start being rude. Any young parents, AVOID at all costs. Just unfortunate I didn’t catch his name. Awful.

Always clean and plenty of space and cheap too , also has disabled bays. Have to pay even with blue badge but like I said it's cheap and clean

Park somewhere else Mansfield has more carparks than shops and this is the worst.The ticket payment machine on the shop level doesn't take notes , you can't pay by card and if you do pay with coins don't expect any change back.The stair way is narrow you can't socially distance and they is only one lift working at the moment.
