The difference of night and day in how our wool rug turned out. Mark has a thorough understanding of different types of wool and how they should be cleaned. Friendly service and high quality without costing the earth given previous quotations from competitors. Mark even collected and dropped back our rug as lived locally. It arrived back dry which not all companies offer. Thanks Mark. Highly recommend

Mark of Ultraclean did an absolutely amazing job on all my carpets and also brought all the tiles floors back to how they were when first laid. He arrived when he said he would and never stopped until the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having this service done. Great service provided by Mark - carpets have been brought back to a standard that I did not think was possible!Arrived on time to clean carpets on the stairs, landing and a living room, left 2.5 hours later with the carpets almost dry and looking amazing. 100% recommend this service - fast efficient professional with amazing results.

Mark Roberts came to my home today to clean my landing and stair carpet. Plus my suite of furniture and a chair. Everything came up like new. Mark I will be recommending to my friends and family. His work is excellent and i found for the work that he done for me which was to an excellent high standard for what I was charged I thought it was an excellent price. I would be very happy to pay this.price again. Mark is a very punctual person and he arrived the time that he said that he was coming.
