There aren’t enough adjectives to add in front of Amanda’s name to express how professional she is at taking care of her patients . Mandy is one of the hygienist’s at The Royal Mews , Southend on sea . Her passion for her profession is noticeable in the kind manners she displays with her patients. Mandy does a stellar job at preparation and attention to detail throughout the whole process of cleaning , polishing & removing stains . Each time I have my teeth cleaned , I come out of the practice with the feeling of having a new set of teeth and they look like they have been whitened thanks to the technology used as well & the attention put into the process . I could not recommend her enough & come all the way from Canary Wharf to get my teeth cleaned by Mandy . The staff at reception of the Royal Mews are always very friendly & welcoming & make me feel at home which is unusual for a dental practice . 5 Stars are not enough for this well run dental practice .

Don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I had too. I saw Desmond after having a horrendous expirience with a previous dentist and Desmond's care was next to none. Made me feel settled through the whole process of having a horrendous tooth out. Even the dental staff and receptionists was lovely. Couldn't recommend enough.

I broken my tooth this morning. So pleased they offered an appointment as there was a last minute cancellation. The dentist Neale Fraser is the best dentist I ever came across.. It is a miracle that he managed to fix it despite half of the tooth has broken off. He is so patience, kind, caring and gentle towards me. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic Dentist. Squeezed me in at an hours notice for an emergency extraction because i was in agony.Jessica Lucey is one good dentist. Totally professional and the whole proceedure was completely painless.I have finally overcome my fear of the Dentist thanks to her.Would definitely use again.

Years ago I chipped one of my front teeth and anxiety left me terrified to go out. So many dentists offered appointments in 2-3 weeks. I was able to secure one at Royal Mews same day and they repaired it, I have been a customer ever since and my dental health has improved significantly.

Brilliant practice really recommend especially if you are nervous !I came in for a check up and the dentist was very kind , compassionate and caring .I felt very welcome and everything was explained to me very thoroughly.I wouldn’t go anywhere else now .

Fantastic dentist and practice here. Neal has looked after my teeth for 20 years and has helped me to overcome my fears by being gentle and understanding when I need work doing. He's helped me to learn to come for my regular check ups and now I rarely need work doing. Sarah the hygienist is very gentle and doesn't pull you about in the slightest. Frances and the rest of the reception staff are always friendly and ease any nerves and the service always feels personal. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to any nervous or anxious patients.

Worth every penny. Mr Neale Fraser did two fillings for me. He explained everything he was doing. He has a very calm, comforting presence. Mr. Fraser, his two assistants and the lovely receptionist made it my most pleasant dentist visit in 16 years. I highly recommend this practice for everyone who values their health and time.Fantastic!

I attended a teeth cleaning appointment today with Amanda and as always she was very professional and caring.As always I was greeted in a courteous and friendly way and made to feel at ease.I highly recommend this dental practice as everyone is such a credit to it.

Charlotte was absolutely brilliant and would recommend her to anyone in need of any attention to there teeth, she was extremely professional and made my son feel at ease throughout the whole appointment, thank you so much for this evening, honestly our son is smiling again with confidence.
