I’ve been a regular client at this salon but not been for a while due to cancer treatment. The chemotherapy left my nails in very poor condition so I’ve been back a couple of times recently. The girls are so friendly and make you feel at ease, and work hard to tailor the treatment to you. I’ve never had a bad treatment, and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I went for a full body deep tissue massage and it was lovely. The room was a great temperature and the ambiance was very calming, the therapist really put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this treatment and salon

This was my first time ever getting this done. Carla was amazing. Shes so friendly and relaxing. She keeps you in the know of what the process is all about and what to do afterwards. Honestly highly recommend to come and get your eyebrows done with her. The results are amazing and cant thank her enough.I think it was chloe who did my massage and honestly shes incredible i have bad knots in my back and now i feel lighter and and more relaxed. She is so friendly and gentle in nature. Highly recommend anyone to go to her if you need a good relax and deknotting.The staff here are so friendly and sweet. Honestly the whole place is so relaxing and melts away all the stress. The receptionist sets the mood of it being friendly and nice.

I go to Lavella often to have my nails done. I cannot tell you how good my experience was today. Each time I have been to Charlie it is like therapy. Forget feeling relaxed after a massage, which she is also very good with, but everytime I have my nails done with her I feel so relaxed afterwards. She puts her heart and soul into her work and takes her time. She is so gentle when doing nails and I cannot thank her enough. I do a stressful job and this week I needed to de-stress. After having this treatment I can recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for time out. Thank you Charlie.

I visited Lavella for the 1st time to have a back, shoulder and neck massage. This was a birthday gift from my daughter. The salon staff were very welcoming and the salon itself was very clean and smelt lovely. I had my message with Becki and I can’t praise her enough. The appointment was bang on time and the room was clean and comfortable. Becki asked me if there was any area I wanted her to concentrate on in particular. Because of my job I find my shoulders, neck and lower back very achy and sore so I asked for a relaxing tender massage. She checked the pressure was ok a few times and that she wasn’t hurting me. It was a very lovely experience and she was very knowledgeable. She gave me some great tips to help me like stretches and yoga. I would certainly recommend this salon and will definitely go back to Becki again.

Really love having my nails done there. There's a good choice of gel and varnish colours. The staff are helpful and give professional advice.
