I am always glad to see new business come to Wivenhoe, which I have just had one of Ian’s Mind Vacation – which was WOW. So, relaxed and calm now you have just got to have a go.I was taken down to a warm relaxing place, which Ian made me feel safe. We all need some of our own time to feel relaxed and that is what I got. . Go for it.He has all the Covid part covered and in place help you feel secure. Great Job Ian.

I’ve been a smoker for 30 years and have been looking to stop for a while, after speaking with Ian I was reassured by his professionalism and decided to give a session a try.It’s been a month now and it’s the first time not having 1 cigarette. I would highly recommend Ian as the whole process was amazing and I never thought I could quit like that.Thank you Ian!

After 30+ years of chronic nail biting, I'd had enough of the discomfort and embarrassment that came with it so I finally asked for some help.All I wanted was clean, unbitten nails that I could strengthen over time and occasionally paint.Ian has been brilliant and I have already managed to stop biting 8 out of 10 nails so far! He has been so understanding, positive, and encouraging throughout, offering contact between appointments if I need a boost.I have felt more than comfortable at each appointment, especially as there is a curtain between us, so there are no feelings of being watched whilst relaxing.I have already recommended Ian to friends and family for various phobias, addictions etc.I am so happy to have finally found a therapy/therapist that works for me. I had some hypnotherapy sessions with Ian to help me cope with dental procedures. The sessions were so relaxing and I like the safe space that Ian has created, the curtain for privacy helped to reassure and relax and  I always left the session feeling very much at peace.Ian taught me techniques to practice outside of the session and they truly helped with two recent visits to the dentist and I know that I can fall back to these techniques to help with situations that are stressful.

After my first amazing session with Ian I could feel my stress levels reducing. My follow up sessions further reduced these and I saw a marked improvement in my anxiety and general well being. Thanks Ian so much for enabling me to start to relax and mend.

I went for a session with Ian to help with my confidence, I had lost my job during lockdown and was becoming increasingly worries and stressed., Thanks to Ian I feel a lot more confident and happy I have changed my career and have a great new job, give Ian a try you, owe it to yourself.
