Just took my c70 in for a major service and a few other bits and pieces. Jay was very honest and competitively priced. Really enjoyed talking things through with him and his pro active attitude about the car.Would highly recommend.

Super knowledge Volvo specialist. The rocker cover on my 2018 Volvo V90 D4 failed and started leaking oil and they diagnosed the fault and repaired it with a genuine Volvo part. Very helpful people who liaised directly with my car warranty company and agreed the repair. Friendly service too. Don’t be put off by this being a small local garage as they really do know what they are talking about.

I have taken my Volvo to JC Garage for a few years now and I am glad to have found a reliable Volvo specialist. Their knowledge is invaluable (I drive a 2002 v70) and wouldn’t trust anyone else to deal with my car. Whether it is servicing, MOT, or general work they always do a great job and I feel like I am in safe hands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After buying my first used Volvo a couple of years ago I struggled a bit in finding a suitable place to service it. All the dealers came up with fairly bad reviews and JC Garage stood out with having very happy customers. They did an excellent job in checking over the car and its condition and gave honest and clear feedback. I have now taken my car to them for all of the services and MOTs and they have been truly great - the service and interaction is always so friendly and accommodating, the work gets done flawlessly and there is never any concerns about it. Whilst they are a small garage you still get all the original Volvo parts, if that’s what you want, and exactly the right service that the car needs.Definitely worth giving them a call if you have a Volvo.

Wouldn't even look at my car after phoning them said take it to volvo ! Meant to be volvo specialist s lol all it had was a broken egr pipe come on guys what's your problem I did it myself in the end and it was easy !

I have been using JC ever since the week I bought my S60 7 years ago. They gave it a thorough once-over for me and were amazing with the replacement of the steering rack which was faulty when I bought the car.They have looked after the car ever since and I trust Jay and John implicitly to give the car everything it needs, and absolutely nothing it doesn't. They know these vehicles inside out, and they have diagnosed any issues first time, every time. No guesswork or trying things to see if it fixes it as I have had with other cars at non-specialist garages in the past. Now the car is approaching 200k miles I have no doubt that their knowledge and experience in preventative maintenance will keep this car on the road for many miles to come.In addition, they have always provided me with the fantastic, no frills customer service you want from a family business and have always been incredibly flexible, fitting me in around their, and my busy schedules.JC have only ever used genuine/OEM parts on my car - so I never worry they will be using cheap rubbish. They seemingly have all of the typical 'consumables' stock any of which means I rarely have to wait for parts to come in. There are also some donor cars in the yard fo parts - which have saved me a quid or two over the years!When it was time to replace our other car, another Volvo was the obvious choice as I simply cannot imagine using another garage.JC are a credit to the Volvo marque and I dare say many dealerships could learn a thing or two from them! Top marks chaps and I look forward to using you for many years to come.

I don’t normally do reviews but this time I just had to. I called this place 3 times(in year n half) , 1st was for normal service, we spoke on the phone gave the details for quote and been told that they will call me back, which they didn’t I assumed they were busy (but I didn’t insist service to be done asap, i had time to wait) so i took it to Volvo, as i use my car for private hire and i need service once in 3 months, anyway, called second time for time belt quote, again they said they will call which they never did despite waiting few weeks, but now same scenario again for just normal service, “we call you back which they never do” they ask for your name etc, and at this point I’m pretty sure this is racial discrimination, I never was rude with them. I’ve chose them cause they were local to me and i love supporting local small independent businesses, but that’s their lost. So before you saying this isn’t genuine review check your notes car plate is Na18U*W , phone ending 6011, if you’d like i can ask my carrier provider to send me log calls.So if you have an unusual name or broken English don’t bother calling them take your business somewhere else.

I always take my Volvo here. Jay and his colleagues are knowledgeable and competent, and always provide a good service. They are trustworthy and have always given me reliable recommendations that are cheaper than competitors - my old Volvo hasn't broken down once in the years I've been bringing it here.

Jay and John are brilliant. I have trusted them with both my Volvo estates for the last 6 years. They can be trusted for fair pricing and value. The knowledge of the team is second to none and they are thoroughly nice people.
