Woolston Manor Golf Course & Country Club

I got married at Woolston Manor in June a wonderful venue, my family and guest were extremely happy. The staff were on the ball there was nothing they could not do to help make it a memorable day. The wedding meal and evening meal were superb ample food with a variety of dishes my guest were very impressed. The grounds are well kept and the members were very accommodating as they sat in the enclosures cheering us newlyweds. Although the staff worked through the day and into the late evening they acted very professionally kudos to the management.

On Saturday 21/10/23, I had my wedding at Woolston Manor and everything from the service to the food (which was al served on hot plates and was delicious) was amazing. Eleni who helped coordinate our wedding and she was absolutely fantastic. Eleni gave us so much of her time and went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. She took so much off of my shoulders and promised me she will do everything she could to make the night run smoothly and true to her word, this happened. Woolston manor- she is a credit to you.Munir the Director was also on hand to help during the night and he was a very nice and accommodating man. Lastly the venue also works closely with a decorator who they recommended called Pearls Decor. Filiz and Lorraine went above and beyond to transform the venue which made me speechless during the reveal. There wasn’t 1 detail missed and I thank you all so much. 5 stars and more!

Great venue for any event beautifully set in the middle of of huge golf course. Main rooms on the upper floor with balcony is absolutely perfect. Ladies toilets were a let down hope refurbishing is on the cards soon!Staff are friendly and helpful. Bar is well stocked and reasonably priced.

Delivered a Wedding cake here on Sat 17th Sept 22.Beautiful grounds and Wedding venue set up beautifully. Staff were friendly & helpful. Hall was upstairs but they have a lift.Would recommend to hold a Wedding or celebration here.

Woodford Green Rotary Club held their annual Christmas Party. We would highly recommend this beautiful and versatile venue. What made it so special was the attention to detail by the Events team, Lucy and Lauren. The decorations were beautiful, festive and elegant. The IT equipment was versatile and easy to operate so we had total control relating to volume and background song list. The Events team took time to explain well in advance of the day. The food was spectacular and it was noticeable immediately the high quality of the ingredients. Adding a lit dance floor just took it to another level of enjoyment. Thank you Woolston Manor for making the event a success.

We had our wedding at woolston manor, and all the staff couldn't of been more helpful on the day, all our guests were very complimentary of the staff and venue. Throughout, the planning process Lucy put us ease and answered questions we had, along with accommodating to our needs. Lauren was also really helpful and supportive on the day, ensuring it all went smoothly. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Great challenging course, very well kept, and also great value for money

This is a nice course but just like a lot places is let down by strange decisions on the part of the greenkeepers. We came across a waterlogged green early on and were scratching our heads as it had been dry for a number of days. Later on in the round we witnessed a member of the staff literally turning the green into a swimming pool. The attached photo is a hole we came to 45 minutes after it had been watered. I understand this has to be done to keep the greens receptive but why not do it first thing in the morning or last thing at night when you haven’t got a full course of paying customers? Two of the greens on our round were completely unplayable which is disappointing.

The Woolston Manor fireworks display was outstanding. If you’re local then this is the display you need to see.They had a small fairground in the front courtyard a children’s entertainer in the hall upstairs with face painting. There was decent food and drinks available at reasonable prices too.
