They deserve no star. Upper management together with the HR are RUDE. They get personal and stalking you. Talking to you like you are a criminal.

Good working place

App;odd for a job here and got rejected because of my disabilities, that’s shaming and against the law.

Understaffed or inattentive agency workers. Talk the talk about care but barely cover the basis and appear happy for residents to sit in their own filth while they browse their personal phones. And the back office administration are quick to bill for additional services not rendered but are slow to refund duplicate care fees taken and stop responding to email requests for updates.

Would not recommend working for these,head office and HR are rude snd do not care about the wellbeing of staff

I recently joined MMCG, working at Head Office. It really is a great place to work. My colleagues are friendly, open and knowledgeable. After only a short time I already feel part of the MMCG family. The company supports personal development and growth. Had an awful experience working for this company. The management and executive team show no compassion, respect or kindness to colleagues. They are not transparent in their approach and definitely did not experience team spirit. The team I worked within was flawed by bad management approach and not supportive of team working. I would not recommend working for this company at all.
