Staff Didn't get the order rightHad to wait over half hour for our orderHad to take it back twiceFood was coldThis branch have upstairs dining, we was there waiting over half hour for our orde to be told this area is closing and to hurry up. Asked if tgere are tablels available downstairs. Staff said no, we explained that the food wait was too long, and we had to return the order. Staff said well they are closing this area.Terrible service, cold food, will not use this branch again.Will never use the branch again

Was here with my daughter on Saturday. Food was okay but my cheese burger was cold and coke tasted of fizzy water. The rest of the food was fine. Got my coke replaced. Should of really took the cheese burger back too but was so hungry I just ate it.

Fast food? The time it took to produce a breakfast roll while three others got served before me with the same, I don't think so. The only reason it's not one star is because the cashier was friendly

Should be 100% better. Probably the reason why I don't eat here often. Happy meals change this to Unhappy Meals after a long wait for meals to arrive. Fish fingers were barely edible, overcooked and not eaten by grandson.Chips soggy and average. Burgers barely warm so asked for replacement meals. Waited for these again but not impressed nor hot as you expected. Poor quality food? Be choosy where you spend your cash. McDonald's are happy to take it and uninterested in your experience.A hang out for terrible teens. Not recommended.

how can a manager give a women my receipt and she try steal my food. and say my food is hers when my name was on the bag. Just because my order was on the app doesn’t mean a receipt doesn’t print your end by the till, you should check what you give to her, had to wait extra long since she touched up my food. Kmt didn’t want my money or food could’ve kept it just wanted to walk out as of the embarrassment

The floor staff can be a little on the rude side questioning if you really need to go upstairs, making it seem very inconvenient that there was a pushchair upstairs even though we put it completely out of the way. The security guard was more than happy to help us even though we could have managed he still offered help which was very thoughtful. One person had ordered and one of the floor staff went over and said if your not eating you need to leave. I understand that the local kids are a bit of a pain in there but the poor lad had only just ordered and she didn't even give him chance to answer.

I ordered food and my order number was called out..I got to the front to get my order and ended up waiting a long time....was told it wasn't ready..the attendant ended giving me a bad attitude,throwing looks and raising her voice at me and my mom just because I asked about my order. The place also smelled bad. I hope McDonalds can correct this as I won't be going to that branch of McDonald's again.
