Always friendly and helpful. All the trates every garage should have, fully recommend every time.

Had several cars serviced here. Family from Liverpool and Lincoln have been recommended to go to this fantastic family business. Very hard to find a reliable garage, but here it is. Also bought a couple of cars here. Always happy that I can get proper advice from all family members at this gold standard location.

Visited recently and popped in regarding getting myself a new van. Can't fault how helpful the staff were and gave me great advice in which would be best for me. Completed purchase and couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough.

NEVER GO HERE! They have no idea what they are doing told me one thing about my car was going to cost £300 , i take it elsewhere and it wasn't the problem at all! They just want to rip you off and ruin your vehicleNot the first story ive heard either about this kind of service when friends and family wont touch them either as soon as you mention louis motors!

Made buying my first car a very pleasant experience. Loui was very open and forthcoming about the vehicles, and more than happy to give the car a final thorough check before purchasing. I would definitely recommend.

Total disgrace of a company, all the reviews are clearly from ‘friends’ of theirs. My husband’s van had a problem, so this garage had told him it will 100% be the head gasket after explaining the symptoms, and the cost would be around £1500, 2 days later when my husband dropped the van to them, they said it will now be around £2400. The next day, they rang up to say no it’s not the head gasket, and they need to strip the whole engine to find the problem.So my husband said not to carry on with it and he will collect the van, on arrival to collect the van, my husband was surrounded by 3 men who were verbally aggressive towards him, which resulted in the nearby neighbours hearing so they came to see if everything was ok. The neighbour decided to call the police as my husband was being treated unfairly, once the police arrived the situation was sorted, but when my husband got in his van, they had decided to keep his logbook and service book which they had wrongly taken out of the glove box.The locals have now told us, this is not the 1st time this has happened and they have done this to quite a few more people, so I’m warning people to steer clear
