Called Andy regarding an issue with my washing machine. He took the time to chat to me over the phone to troubleshoot the problem - and it was exactly what he thought and easy fixed by myself after his advice No call out, no charge, but provisionally booked a day he could attend my flat if it was a more serious issue. Fantastic company. Was able to resolve within 24 hours of calling - in the middle of a pandemic...amazing! The issue was diagnosed AND fixed within 20 mins. Very professional service, was able to get all the details from reading serial numbers off appliance - I was so impressed by how easy it was for the consumer. A lot of companies might want to push for a new pump or even a new replacement appliance, not Diplo-Matix, a tiny piece of glass was the culprit, and once removed - I was back up and running. Big thanks to Andy for the professional service - I love it when companies tell you the truth and only fix what is required instead of trying to make as much money as possible. Highly recommended.
