Charlie and his expert team made impressively swift work of getting us on the market. The attention to detail was great, communication excellent and always super responsive and courteous. The detailed feedback we have received a long the way from Charlie has been professional, reassuring and refreshing.

Charlie and Lenny were absolutely wonderful with the purchase of my new home. They were calm in my times of stress and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. If I ever sell my dream home (unlikely) I would be using FJL.

We have been left without a working oven for 6 weeks - really not ideal. All emails to property management ignored, you have to call at least 5 times for someone to answer the phone to be met with someone advising this is being looked into - is it?Granted the property management team is separate from the Hackney branch, however when the endless list of issues we had upon moving into our flat were raised with the Hackney branch….again….crickets!!This seems to be the last resort to raising the issue once again, that we have no working oven and 1 working gas hob.The viewing process was smooth and securing the property was quick and easy, however now we are moved into our flat the tables could not have been turned quicker.

Akbar was handling our house purchase and did a great job. Professional, communicative and always helpful. The process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend!
