Just had a second installation done, This time installation of French Bay Doors.They arrived promptly at said time, set to with removing the old doors and installing the new doors and windows and were completed around 4 hours later.Cleaned up and removed all the old installation.Excellent installation at a good price.

Absolutely bang on. Below are the before (White) and after (Grey) images of our house after just 1 weeks work from THI.The house now looks modern and welcoming. From quotation all the way through to installation they were cooperative, considerate and professional. The finish inside and out is clean and professional.Definitely worth the money. We had a Guardian roof fitted to our conservatory. The whole thing from start to finish was hassle free, professional and non-pushy. We are really happy with the end result and our conservatory can now be used all year round! We will be using Total Home Improvement again for our front door and bay window.

The insulation was great but the salesman over promised saying they would be able to match our textured render.I have been struggling to get in touch even though Iam calling in office hour noone responses. This is about an separate issue that should be covered by there guarantee (will update if i hear anything from them).Ps will my guarantee be update if i don't have my name on the account?

EXCELLENT! Total Home Improvements were great throughout the whole process. We had new soffits, fascias and guttering, and a new composite front door fitted. Both teams of installers were excellent, quick and efficient and did a fantastic job. The whole fitting ran like clockwork. A professional service from initial design and quote, including our changes and requests, through to the fitting and aftersales service.We did have a little problem with a draft in the bay window but this was rectified after a curtesy call and before I actually reported it.The work was carried out quickly and very neatly and we have received good aftercare but not too often or intrusive.We are very pleased with the results,Many thanks, Tim Stafford.
