Meridian Motorhomes & Caravans

We met Mike and others at Meridian back in March of 2023 in buying a Freedom Carpento caravan.The knowledge and sales process through Meridian was great and we were able to tailor a package that worked for us.In the end, and through no fault of Meridian, we did not take delivery of our order.However the best insight into a company, their staff and their customer service is how they deal with the unexpected and when there are problems.All I can say is their handling of the situation was fantastic, keeping us updated as much as they possibly could and going out of their way to try to assist.I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and the rest of Meridian to anyone.

We bought our motorhome off Meridian Motorhomes in 2018 and we had great and friendly service then from this family run business.Last week I had to take her in for some minor repair and upgrade the leisure battery, they were so helpful with the problems which were resolved whilst I waited. We’re coming back next year for some major upgrades with with solar panels and satellite dish fitted.We will always use Meridian as they are honest and thorough.

Great place to buy your first caravan. Mike and Charlie were so helpful with great advice for us complete novices. We picked up our caravan last week all serviced and sparklingly clean. We were pleasantly surprised with so many extras gifted to us to get us started, including a lovely bottle of wine. So appreciated !!.Really recommend Meridian. We will definitely be using them again if we are able to upgrade in the future

It has been such blessing having Meridian Motorhomes look after my beloved motorhome of 21 years 'Nettie'. Charlie and Mike are so willing to help, and are always welcoming and friendly. They are very kind, and no job is too big - or small. They make sure I drive home with my problem sorted - and I've had a couple of complicated ones.

We bought our first motorhome from Meridian10 years ago and were greatly impressed then by the very friendly service we received from this great family firm, John, Jan, Mike and Charlie. As newcomers we were totally ignorant but they helped us every step of the way and have continued to do so ever since, as they have always maintained the habitation for us. We have always found the same friendly but at the same time completely professional service. After the pandemic put a stop to our travelling we have decided the time has come to move on to other interests, with some regrets as we have enjoyed marvellous trips over the years. Having spoken to Mike we have sold the vehicle back to Meridian, again being dealt with very fairly. Many thanks for the enjoyable years, Meridian, all success to you in the future.

We have been looking to hire a campervan for a while for a small holiday and we were getting a bit bamboozled by all the websites and whether they are trustworthy and also by all the different types. I decided to phone Meridian direct as they are local.Wow, they were so friendly and helpful. I was able to go to their site and they had their campervans available to look at and decide what is right for our needs.They were really helpful in trying to be flexible around the dates we needed the hire for and I can't praise them enough really.They stressed they are a small family business and I could really tell that customer service and satisfaction is a real priority for them.Hopefully everything all goes swimmingly and so far will definitely use them again.

My wife and I purchased our Motorhome from Meridian and found this family business to be very friendly and professional. Mike and his wife Charlie left us to look around their stock of Motorhomes with no pressure to make a sale. Once we had decided to buy one they were helpful and patient with all our questions. We would highly recommend this family firm and their after sale service. They are second to none.

I hired the A70DK for a week with 3 others for a Rock Festival the other side of Brussels end of June 2022, and the van was fantastic. Brilliant service from Meridian, would 100% recommend. Will definitely return if we decide to go again.
