Never used a carpet cleaning service before, but there are enough videos online to give you some idea of what to expect. Booking an appointment was easy and straightforward. Adam did a fantastic job, and had no problem taking direction on which areas to go over again. He was friendly, with a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend Breeze Carpet Cleaners for anyone looking, and you would not be breaking the bank either.

I have used Darren's team for years now and I have always been so happy with the work, professionalism and the kindness of every person I have encountered. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate schedules and always do an impeccable job. Honestly just the best.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI asked for my mattress and sofa's to be cleaned. Neither turned out any cleaner. The cleaner used leaky equipment leaving water all over my home, no stain removers were used and spent no more than about 15 mins on the mattress and sofa's. A complete waste of money

I have used Breeze about 3 or 4 times. Previously been really happy. However I arranged for carpet cleaning before Christmas and it wasn’t good - terrible smell, nothing looked clean.I messaged them and was told they wanted to come back and re clean. It was days before Christmas so I responded to let them know I had been away and could we look at after Christmas. No response.Chased and was told “we gave you options. Please look at our t’s and c’s”I responded saying that is was perfectly reasonable to assume coming back days before Christmas wasn’t going to be an option and I wasn’t been unreasonable. No response.I have been chasing them since and still they are ignoring my emails.

Absolutely astonishing how poor this service is, I never write reviews, really felt I had to. Please take a look online at his company profile. Name keeps changing. Please either do the job yourself or hire a proper professional company, not one with someone who is sent round by Darren (who doesn't owrk full time on this compnay) and uses staff that don't speak Enlglish and are clearly being exploited.
