The Fragrance Shop

Came in last Tuesday and the so called manager wasn’t helpful at all! I bought a scent addict which she said is £12 but didn’t specify it’s a monthly subscription, i then came back and asked if there was some sort of mistake as money has been taken out and she then claimed that it gets taken out every month i was extremely upset as she didn’t state this before and started sounding rude by saying ‘ring customer service, as this isnt my fault’ i then asked for customer service number and she completely ignored me and started talking to other customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS STORE. RUDE MANAGER, needs to learn how to speak to customers. Absolutely appalling!!!

Visited a few times came out with some great fragrances at a great price.Staff are welcoming and helpful they got me onto a service called scentaddict" definitely worth checking that out!"

Shop floor is looking much much better could I recommend you get proper glass cabinets which will aid to shop floor security and do the shop floor some justice. Then you could display ur perfumes safely. Key cabinets are a good idea. Furthermore more testers to hand out to ur customers will only increase your revenue. General customer service could be improved. New management not as good as the old management not so long ago.Recommended channelle de bleau to be stocked at your store due to its popularity

Very poor level of customer service and very little fragrance knowledge by the staff as well as no smiles nor please or thank you. Dear customers the below reviews are of dishonest workers currently serving at the Fragrance shop from Line managers, managers to shop floor staff. Might as well call this section staff reviews. This place doesn't look professional nor does it have a luxury feel to it at all from staff uniform to the shop floor itself very 1960s feel to it in need of modernisation. Reviews from oonagh, samantha, simone and jade these are all staff members Oonagh Mc Clownling being its lead regional boss.Dear customers the dishonesty of the reviews is quite clearly misleading this is not real life experiences of customers but staff and there fake reviews just reflect upon how this stores customer service must be if it's the staff themselves writing reviews.Fact is this store is doing quite bad as the Broadway store pulls in a small minority of customers as Debenhams and The Perfume shop have strong hold in this retail sector due to pricing, free gifts on offer with purchase and the big let down for this store no free gift wrapping which the competition offers.Dear customers its quite unfair and misleading for staff to review and try attract customers to shop at a store where I believe as a customer this store lacks enthusiasm from staff and fragrance knowledge to be able to give you the experience you expect. Some of them don't even no the names of certain fragrance brands and the overall image is poor of staff members no staff uniform policy most female staff wearing leggings and t shirts representing some of the worlds most prestigious brands is making mockery of them I mean selling Gucci and boss with leggings and a t u might as well buy your fragrance from Bob in the market who at least looks the part.Finally dear customers a great store is a store where staff are properly trained and the management treat them well this is not the case here ladies and gents this is why you'd see 101 faces in the store with the highest turnover of people leaving the fragrance shop as staff members more than any other store in the locality.Overall shopping experience is a zero and they don't even offer you free gifts with purchases which clearly are shown on the fragrance shop websites and ohhh non of the staff no how to do a buy now pay later return.Finally dear fragrance shop please don't eat your lunch on shop floor the overall experience is meant to be luxurious and it's far from that no one wants to be served with coffee breath or ketchup fingersHappy shopping

Very poor customer service the sales assistants hadnt a clue on how to deal with a refund where the item was purchased to be later paid for. No pricing on the reduced items and the wrong pricing and promotions on several sale items. The awful smell of takeaway food as well as the female member of staff texting on her mobile phone as well as having a susage roll and coffee whilst serving with crumbs falling over the item i was wanting to refund#Bradford Westgate kirgate mall # female staff tall wearing glasses

Lovely sales team in store now clearly under new management as they are always happy to help and the store is much more organised now.Was offered loads under £30 which was my total to spend.I’ve shopped there 3 times in last 2 months love the tall blond lady super helpful!

I visited the Bradford kirgate fragrance store last week and asked a young male member of staff if they price matched…his reply was “yes we do”.Before this I had visited the perfume store. The day after I revisited the fragrance store whilst passing , I was served by a petite Asian woman which may have been a manager… I asked to purchase my specific choice of perfume and then asked for the product to be price matched at the PERUME STORE price…she said “ what do you mean?” (Her attitude and how she spoke was appalling). I then went on and explained I’d been in the day before and asked the guy. She said “ nope not at this store” then proceeded to sit down behind the desk and work on her computer. I left the store as I felt very anxious and upset that I’d only asked a simple question and I got spoken to in such a horrible manner. I was speaking to a male in the lift on my way up to the perfume shop and explained how upset I was over what had just happened and he went on to tell me how he avoids the fragrance shop at all costs as the lady that served me has a very bad attitude and I’m not the first to complain.I will not be revisiting this store unless I am served by another member of staff.
